Senior Synthetic Organic Chemist
Job description:
1. Lead the project group to complete synthesis of novel compounds or study of new synthetic route independently.
2. Independent optimization of synthetic routes for pilot scale-up.
3. Documentation and categorization of experimental records and related materials.
4. Potential ability to propose and implementation projects independently.
5. Probe, discover problems and problem-solving ability.
Qualifications:
1. Ph.D. degree (abroad or domestic) in synthetic organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry.
2. More than five years Job experience is a plus.
3. Successful experience in medicine research is a plus.
4. Good ability in English communication, including telephone, email and presentation.

2. Working experience is a plus.
3. A good team player.
4. GMP experience is an advantage.
